Kapture office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.  You can always make your payment or report a claim in our office, however when we are not available, feel free to contact your company direct.

Many of the insurance companies we represent allow you to pay your bill online, by either electronic funds transfer or credit card. Most also have a phone number that you can call and make payment over the phone.  Several carriers also allow you to file a claim online or have a toll free number to call to begin the claim process.  Click on your carrier below to find your options for payment or filing a claim.  You will need your policy number and may have to register with the company in order to make payments.
